Senior Management Training

When you apply to the FCA for a Senior Management Function - SMF, or currently hold one.  The FCA want to know you have the knowledge and skills to take on this important role as you will hold the accountability for the firm.  The FCA want to see that you have undertaken provable learning to show you know how to perform as a SMF.  This course is vital for all SMFs especially SMF 16 and 17 roles.
